A few useful details

Time tracking,
explained.

Can I enter time without using a timer?

Yes. Add hours directly in the daily or weekly timesheet. You can enter durations as hours and minutes, such as 1:30, or as decimal hours, such as 1.5.

Can we track non-billable work too?

Yes. Track client work and internal time in the same workspace. Your project’s billing settings determine the billable and non-billable time shown in reviews and reports.

What happens when a timesheet is submitted?

The week is sent for review and locked against changes. A manager or administrator can inspect the entries and approve the timesheet. Approval can be withdrawn when a correction is needed. Running timers must be stopped before submission.

How does tracked time connect to invoicing?

Entries stay linked to their projects and tasks. You can use uninvoiced billable hours to prepare time-based invoice drafts, alongside billable project expenses.
