The practical details
Clear before
you get started.
A few answers about trials, seats, and subscriptions.
Get in touchDo I need a card to start the trial?
No. You can try the complete workspace for 30 days without a credit card. A workspace admin chooses a paid subscription when the team is ready.
How does annual billing work?
The annual plan costs $84 USD per seat for the year, paid annually. That is equivalent to $7 per seat per month. You save $24 per seat each year compared with twelve monthly payments.
Who needs a seat?
Every active workspace member needs a seat, including admins. An admin chooses the subscription’s seat quantity, which must cover all active members. Billing follows that chosen quantity.
What happens when someone leaves the team?
You can archive a member to remove their active access. Archiving does not automatically reduce your billed seat quantity. An admin can review and adjust the subscription in billing settings.
What happens after the free trial?
Your workspace is not charged automatically. If no subscription has been chosen, the workspace is placed on hold until an admin selects a paid plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. An admin can schedule cancellation in billing settings. Access continues through the end of the current paid period.
