Open Unify ID
Open the identity settings page while signed in.
Open this page

Change your name
Update the account-level name used across connected workspaces.

Change your email
Enter the new email and complete any confirmation sent to that address before relying on it for future sign-ins.

Important

Unify ID changes affect every workspace attached to this login. A Team profile may also contain workspace-specific membership information.

Request a reset
From the password settings or sign-in recovery flow, request a password-reset email.

Open the newest email and choose a new password. Complete the flow in the same browser when possible.
